After weeks of firing messages back and forth, pinging over vector files, tweaking designs, and generally harassing the guys over at Colour Create, I received the email I was waiting for: the magnets were printed, cut, and ready to be collected!
I hotfooted over to their workshop and was greeted by Kevin with a deceptively small roll of something. Inside were tucked some smaller items that I couldn't make out until he started laying them out on the table.
There, in front of me, were perfectly printed and shaped magnetic stickers of the New Start and Bust Rallies logos, along with our little QR codes and the shrunken number 27's for the bonnet and boot. Not going to lie, I got a bit emotional. They look brilliant.

Kevin suggested we go to the car to do a bit of test fitting for the side graphics. After a bit of adjustment, the driver's side graphic was in the right position and looked amazing.
I put the New Start and the QR code on the side, too, to see how it looked. Again, I got a little emotional!
I took some pictures and stood there for a little while just looking at what the guys at Colour Create had managed to achieve (with a little direction from me). Once the bonnet, roof and boot stickers are on, I'm confident the little Abarth will look the absolute business.
I posted the pictures in our 'Rally Ravers' WhatsApp group, and the feedback was great. Rachel was apparently showing the pictures around the office. We just need to trim the doors, bonnet, roof and boot now, and we are almost done.
Kevin asked for some pictures of the finished car. I told him my brother-in-law has just bought an expensive new camera and will be desperate to try it out. Also, the Communications Manager at work has a friendly at Aintree Race Course and is going to see if we can take some snaps at the home of the world's most famous horse race!!! More news once we have it...
