32 TIME TO BOAST...

A friend at work recently went around Slovenia, which looked amazing.  She put on loads of pictures and illustrated where she had travelled using an animation of a funky little car bobbing its way around the mountains. 

I'd be interested in this for our trip, so I asked how she produced the little animation.  It turns out that she uses an easy-to-use little app called Travelboast. 

The app asks where you are starting your trip, your destination and mode of transport. It then maps the journey in a straight line. The good thing is that you can plot exact locations on the route, so it isn't linear. You can also add pictures at points across the journey to make it more interesting. 

The geek in me adores this. It's definitely a purchase. I'll use it to illustrate the scale of the trip we are taking and for each leg. I think seeing the route come to life will be good.
